Delivery Policy

Our aim is to always dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but all deliveries can be affected by things outside of our control. Goods will be dispatched to the address detailed in your order. If goods are being shipped outside of the UK you may be liable to import duties and/or taxes, which are charged once the delivery reaches your country. These charges are beyond Allerton & Company of London Ltd’s control and can vary widely from country to country. Allerton & Company of London Ltd are not responsible for any additional charges incurred once your items leave us. You must pay any additional charges for customs clearance.

All deliveries are sent via a recorded delivery service so a signature will be required upon delivery.

All prices quoted reflect our standard postage and packing charges, however, Allerton & Company of London Ltd reserves the right to quote separately for the cost of large of heavy deliveries once details are known.

If you have received your delivery and would like to return your purchase because it is faulty, please contact us within seven days of receipt. Any goods returned must be received by Allerton & Company of London Ltd in the same condition that they were delivered to you. Change, Cancellation, Returns, Refund Policies

We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. Bespoke or personalised products cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. Damaged / Exchange Procedure
